Second Day of Business Week: Pakistan Stock Market closed down by 101 points
KARACHI: (18 February 2020) On the second day of trading week on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the market was experiencing great volatility. The market closed at 40 thousand 175 points, down one hundred points.
On the second day of the business week, the market closed down 101 points to close at 40 thousand 175. A total of 343 company shares were traded during the day. Shares of 198 companies declined while prices of 123 shares increased.
Today the highest level of the market was 40,600 and the lowest level 40,065 was recorded. At the Interbank, the dollar fell 4 paise to 154.23, down from 154.27, while the open market rose 10 paise to 154.40 from 154.30.
