Facebook’s decision to label objectionable post
NEW YORK (UPI) – Mark Zuckerberg, executive director of FeesK, says his company will label controversial or damaging posts as “objectionable.” The company has made this decision due to increasing pressure on social media to improve the quality of content.
US President Donald Trump’s post is also included in it. According to a media organization, more than 90 advisers decided to boycott this site.
Referring to the election polarization era in the United States, Unilever, a major consumer product maker, also joined the list on Friday. Mr Zuckerberg said his company wanted to differentiate between different communities based on race and immigration status. All advertisements were considered dangerous and banned. In addition, it could remove the content of a political leader if it threatens to provoke violence or affect voting. He said the company would label objectionable content outside the category.
