LG Launches Style 3 With Snapdragon 845 & Dual Cameras
LG has quietly unveiled a new mid-range smartphone in Japan called LG Style 3, though it is called “Style 3”,
Remember that the phone is not tangled with the LG Style series.
The LG Style 3 has a 6.1-inch OLED display with 2K resolution and a wide aperture for front-facing cameras, earpieces, and sensors. The bezels are all thin around the display.
LG’s signature horizontal-style capsule-shaped module has a dual-camera sensor on the back. Just below the primary camera is the fingerprint sensor below and LG styling branding below.
Internal and storage
The device runs through a two-year flagship SoC, found in notable releases such as the Snapdragon 845 Galaxy S9 / Note9. This chip set has a 2.8 GHz octa-core CPU with 4 x 4 kr
It has 4GB RAM and 64GB storage which is expandable via microSD card.
The camera department is a bit lacking by today’s standards. It’s just a dual camera setup with a 48MP main lens and a 5MP depth sensor for portrait shots. It lacks night mode but can get decent detail in low light environments.
The front-facing camera is an 8MP shooter capable of recording FHD videos.
Battery and pricing
For a large display device with 2K resolution, the 3500mAh battery is a bit overwhelming. There is no mention of high-speed charging but it will be revealed in the coming days.
LG Style will go on sale June 3 for $ 350.
