Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Plus Camera Specs
Earlier this year, Samsung introduced some of the most impressive camera technology for the Galaxy S20 Ultra, which included a 108MP main camera, a periscope zoom camera, and 8K recordings. According to sources, it looks like Samsung could pick up the upcoming Galaxy Note 20 Plus from where the S20 is released.
Various sources have claimed that the Galaxy Note 20 will feature a 12MP ultra wide-angle camera and a 13MP periscope camera. The latter will represent a large drop in resolution on the S20 Ultra’s 48MP pre scope camera. If true, this suggests that the company has opted for a better inferior quality standard.
Laker says that the Galaxy Note 20 Plus will have the same main camera, the Social Lite HM1 108MP, which is like the top-end S20. Capable of non-fabrication, this special sensor combines data of nine adjacent pixels into one. This pixel-binding approach ensures that the sensor separates 12MP images from a 108MP camera.
The unfamiliar leak states that the Note 20 Plus will replace the 3D to F mount with a focus sensor and a 50x zoom instead of the 100x zoom of the S20 Ultra. We’ll be happy to revisit Samsung’s low-quality, 100x digital zoom feature, and work on improving the hybrid zoom instead.
